How and where can I get a position as a medical coder if I am a new graduate in New Jersey?

medical coding positions are hard to get if your just out of school, any suggestions?

1. I'm kind of surprised. It's been awhile since I worked in a hospital (about 10 years), but at that time the hospitals in Phoenix were screaming for coders. In fact they were sending other employees to school to become coders and guaranteeing them a job when they finished. Maybe it's just your local area that has an excess.
