What is a good entry level position for a graduate with a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology?

I am a recent graduate from Columbia University in NYC, with a Master's in Organizational Psychology. I don't have much experience, maybe 1 year or so. I am looking for advice relating to what are good entry level career options for an organizational psychologist, and what would be the best strategy for getting a job? I am looking to work in Atlanta Georgia. I can't believe that it is this hard to find a job with a Master's degree from an Ivy League School. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
