Is there any kind of financial help for foreign university students in the UK?

I have a British residence permit, but I have not lived in the UK for three years. I work fulltime and pay my taxes. I want to start a part time degree course. The university will charge me as a foreign student for not living here for the last three years. Can I get any kind of financial help to help me with my studies? Please help me!

1. NO muahahahaha/ Actually English Univerity students have a hard time finding financial help, so I doubt you'd be able to.
