What percentage of college and university students cheat? What about the opposite?

What percentage of college and university students cheat (that means any cheating, plagiarism, coping on tests/homework, someone else doing their homework, anything)? What percentage of college and university students never cheat (I also mean this one exactly as its written, never means never)?

1. all i can say to this is...its a high percentage that do cheat. thats what i feel atleast. i admit...i cheat in my college courses. and i cheated in highschool. who doesn't cheat? honestly. lol i also don't think there's really any evidence. because if you survey...someone's bound to lie.
2. I think it depends on what type of college people go to. The university I attend has classes where your grade is made up of just papers and exams. I've never really had the urge to go out of my way to cheat on an exam or plagiarize a paper, so I can say I haven't cheated in college. Some smaller colleges hand out a lot of homework, almost to the point of high-school-esque busywork. In those cases, I could see many students cheating by copying each others homework.
