University Graduates

I am a graduate in BS Biology in the Philippines. what jobs can I have?

Many people told me that if you are a BS Biology graduate and you don't proceed to medicine, you'll just end up as a biology teacher. Is this true? Or are there more jobs for a graduate of this course aside from being a teacher?

How about furthering your studies? get a masters degree in other fields related to biology such as Bioinformatics..it will be a plus since u already posses the knowledge of biology..having masters might score u better jobs such as being a lecturer in universities or colleges..other than medicine, i am sure there are other field to venture in.. if u r interested in research, u should look into the biotechnology side. with ur degree now, u can work as a science officer or biologist in any research n development companies that are looking for those posts. not neccesarily just as a biology teacher. u can be a researcher too.
