University Graduates

What personal qualities would you expect from a university graduate?

That a non-university graduate could lack? Imagine you're an interviewer. Obviously, they might have certain knowledge about a subject eg. Chemistry, Biology, History. And also, why would going to university have manifested these qualities in that person? And vice versa if you want. Dawg, that's why I'm asking for qualitative information.

Public Comments

  1. University grads are typically egotistical and think they own the world. I've met high school dropouts that were much more intelligent simply based on their work experience, rather than some fool who spent $80,000 on an education just so they could get into a social club.
  2. Better vocabulary, more self-respect, and more self-discipline.
  3. Graduating shows prospective employers that you have initiative. The faster you complete a program, the better. Keep your GPA above 3.0 and you’ll be that much more attractive to future employers. However, at a personal level, it is difficult to place a value on higher education. You have the personal satisfaction of knowing that you've challenged yourself - at the very least.
