want to be a chartered surveyor too old for graduate position how can i get a job and training?

1. If you are an engineer you already know the technical side in spades. You are seeking to join the High Street Mafia which isn't easy. Estate agents, Surveyors, Engineers and Council Building Departments are joined at the hip. Members of the public stand little chance of an unbiased service. Join the local Golf Club and start from there if you are still interested. Personally I wouldn't prostitute my principles.
