University Graduates

Do you think Johns Hopkins hospital would hire me? What positions should i apply for?

I have 4 years of college, and am making of course work and will have a liberal arts degree by the middle of the year. I am available to work full time. I have sales and retail work experience, and a couple years of office experience. I also did 200 hours of voluntary services in patient escort at UPMC and have an excelent reference from the hospital. What positions would they hire someone like me for? I want to work for Hopkins as an in to go to graduate school at the University thanks.
