How do I find a entry level RN position for new graduate of a BSN program?
will graduate from nursing school in va soon. haven't taken nclex yet. looking for new grad position at in atlanta, ga. any tips? online search is hasn't been effective in id'ing positions for new grads and i haven't gotten much help from nursing school yet. should i sign up with staffing agencies, call hospital recruiters, what? help!!

- Take the NCLEX. You will be competing with lots of folks who have taken and passed it so why start off at a disadvantage? I hope you have already bought the book (heard that the Kaplan one is great) and is browsing it everyday. Buy the study cards and learn them by heart.
- There's a shortage of nurses. Get out the yellow pages and look under nursing and call the agencies. Also call hospitals. Ask if you can fax over your resume
