Can a Higher National Diploma (HND) holder apply for a graduate position in any bank in the UK?

I have HND in business Admin/Management from an overseas polytechnic with over five years in banking. I need a job in the bank but not sure if i can apply for a graduate position.

1. If they are asking for graduates you don't have a degree so may just turn you down. However you would seem to have experience and that could go in your favour. Have you thought of approaching a bank and seeing if they would be interested in taking you on and helping to pay your fee's to get a degree? The worst thing they can say is no.
